Faith Leader Training Options: Training is an important part of getting your Faith Leader program started on the right track. Veteran Faith Leader counselors experienced in small group dynamics cover everything from recruiting church members to shepherding personal ministry plans. Two options are available: Internet Based On-Line Training: Those with previous experience in spiritual formation and/or small group leadership Three in-depth training sessions using browser based conferencing. Intended for trainers with previous experience in spiritual formation and/or small group leadership, it's a much more convenient option that does not require travel to Nashville. Anyone interested can attend the first session free of charge to learn more. Once you are registered for Faith Leader, sessions 2 and 3 will be scheduled. Both daytime and evening sessions will be offered. Nashville Training Workshops: Held at Woodmont Christian Church in Nashville, TN, the workshop program offers all the content of the Internet option, plus it includes hands-on, practical training. Each trainee will lead at least one simulated Faith Leader session. The workshop will begin on Thursday and conclude at noon Saturday. Breakfast will be provided each day, along with dinner on Thursday and lunch on Friday. Information on overnight lodging is available on request.
