Most congregations choose to offer Faith Leader from September through May. This provides a timetable for key steps along the path. January through March 1. Commit to Faith Leader Program 2. Select Leaders for Faith Leader March through May 1. Leaders attend web based training seminar designed to provide program overview and recruiting tips 2. Identify potential candidates for Faith Leader 3. Determine dates for the program, including retreat dates 4. One on one, invite candidates to participate June through August 1.
