Congregation :: Commit to Faith Leader Program :: Ministers and other church leaders select leaders for Faith Leader program :: Pray for Faith Leader Program Leaders :: Accept invitation to lead :: Attend web-based training seminar for program overview and recruiting tips :: Work with ministers and otherleaders to identify candidates :: Set tentative dates for program, including retreat dates :: One on one, ask members to participate in program :: 3 Online training seminars or attend a two and a half day training workshop :: Lead Faith Leader sessions using complete program materials provided by Faith Leader Participants :: Accept the invitation to participate :: Commit to full participation, including weekend retreats :: Faithfully attend the program |
